Team Henry Receives $2.7 million dollar project
Team Henry has received an award through the Eastern Federal Lands Division of the Federal Highway Administration to rehabilitate approximately 4.66 miles of the Bodie Island Entrance Road (NPS Route 010 / NC State Route 12) from MP 0.02 to MP 4.68, including roadside pullouts and the Whalebone Junction Information Station Parking Area. The work includes roadway excavation, paved shoulder widening, asphalt pavement milling, Superpave asphalt concrete pavement, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous work.
The project is part of The Cape Hatteras National Seashore road improvements.
