Volvo/Lynnhaven Pkwy Road Widening Prime Contractor - E.V. Williams This project consisted of: Installed 3,001 square meters of concrete soundwall panels. Over 322 kilograms of permanent seeding. Slope stabilization. Installed a combination of 3,013 plants, trees, and shrubs per VDOT specifications.
